MSS has been trying to concentrate on problems related to health by emphasizing on “Preventive Health” in 60 villages of 9 Panchayat's- Kolyari, Jetawara, Oda, Thobawara, Gejvi, Birothi, Nevaj, Anjroli Khas, Panarva of Jhadol Block, so as to help the community in remote region who cannot access to the health service in the villages. MSS is working on the aspects of health with an objective of Child rights of living, better health, nutrition and health facilities & opportunities for required livelihood.

In this respects MSS organized village meetings, foot march, rallies, health checkups and awareness camps, cultural shows, vaccination and immunization campaign, training of Birth attendants, adolescent girl child Programme, Reproductive and child health Programme. MSS join hands with the Government departments for improving their reach to health facilities and also guide community of various preventive measures.

Another relevant health intervention of MSS is in the field of traditional medicinal Cure (TMC) where the local knowledge of tribals and their herbal knowledge are used for treatment of various chronicle diseases, which are even uncurable, by the Allopathy system or modern medicines
